All of our pet foods are backed by a 100% money back guarantee. Product must be returned in the original package and within 30days of purchase with receipt.

Horse, Poultry, Livestock & Wild bird Feeds

Due to possible contaimination issues we are not able to take back feed for credit.  Our store manager can answer any questions regarding this.  

Feed Hay

When you buy Canadian hay from us - we do guarantee you will have mold free bales.

Return the bales to the store for a replacement.

Supplies (non food)

Used product may be returned within 30 days of purchase with receipt.

Western Wear & Boots

UNWORN items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with receipt for a refund.

Plants, soils & Live animals

We do not accept returns or refunds for these items.
