Store manager and head honcho of the western boutique, Maura is a cowboy boot connoisseur. She came from a Hunter/Jumper background, showing her warmblood, Nugget, at the local A circuit shows, before morphing into a western wear specialist. Maura can often be seen around the store sporting the clothes and boots that she loves to sell. Her sense of style perfectly meshes with her love for the job! Maura is the ultimate mediator and Tara’s right-hand-lady. Her favorite friends at home are her cats, Luke and Link; she even has two pet rats! So, don’t be fooled, Maura’s animal background is as large as her boot collection.
The Original Boss Lady! Otherwise known as the Circus Ring Leader, Taskmistress or Herder of Cats. She is the brains of the operation, whether it’s office work, getting dirty in the warehouse, or her personal favorite, helping people with their pets! Tara specializes in proper nutrition for all-dogs, cats, horses and more, there are few things she hasn’t owned, fed or loved. Her brain is a bucket of useful information that she is constantly accidentally spilling (luckily her employees pick it up.) Although we’re pretty sure she sleeps at the store, she really does have a beautiful farm where she spends her free time with her horses, dogs and chickens.
Shelly is a sucker for a good lab... Especially yellow ones! Shelly’s horse background began at age 5, continued through high school where she attended Norfolk Aggie and has extended well into her adult life. Shelly loves fox hunting and eventing, but enjoys leisurely trail rides too. Lake days with her labs are her favorite days. Our in-house mini pig expert, Shelly has two of her own; they have quite the personalities!
Paul is most commonly seen out on the road - he is one of our delivery drivers!Â
Haley comes from a diverse pet background with history in dogs, cats and small animals! She loves bunnies and even has her own. She also has two cats!Â
